After going over all the connections I am beginning to doubt that its a vacuum leak. I think its intake/AFM sensititivity thats the culprit here. Vacuum is related but only on the side that it affects the pressure level inside the manifold and intake.
I have not had any luck finding a beams airbox at this point. Will have to see if I can fabricate something up using the stock celica airbox.
