The simplest solution is to replace the manifold with a new part. I don't have the flanges and pattern to make 16V downpipes, and the 20V header won't fit the 16V without some modification; you have to rework the flange for the two outer bolts, and you need to change to a rear-mounted starter. Neither are difficult but there is some work involved. For a stock or nearly-stock engine, I would stay with a stock manifold.
