Came across this turbo just recently. I believe it is a bolt-on turbo, rated to around 400hp. It think it's meant to be for the same power/usage "class" as the Blitz K1-380v and Power Enterprise PE1919t.

Edit: My bad, it is not a twin volute/scroll. Here's a pic of the up-pipe/exhaust manifold side.
