What are we taking apart, the wiper switch or the wiper motor? I suppect the switch.. am I correct? As for the wiper motor, is this rotation a result of a repair gone bad at some point or do these motor creep over time?
I know I've not touch this part, and when the wiper blades move all is nice and smooth. When I want them to stop they stop wherever I turn them off. It's random, it seems.
