Very easy to do. It's even better if you dont break the a-piller like I did. I'd exchange a wet butt for broken plastic any time. Just pull down the plastic pieces, un bolt the female piece for the rods then stick a washer between the bracket and body then rebolt and button up plastics. It pulls the t-tops down tighter. I did my 88 in about 45 minutes tops. It wouldve been faster if I could've found the correct size washers. Just had to dig down to the bottem of the tool box for the right size.
