I agree full heartedly with mandalay to a point, there are better valves then stock but recirc all the way, I'm one of those guys that like building a sleeper and nothing says otherwise more then a whistling or farting sound coming from the back of my car when I shift, the problem with the OEM valve is its a diaphram style which isn't good for high boost, I have a junked T3/T4 with 1000km on it to atest that, check out turbosmart they are a reputible brand, easy to adjust and come in all sizes right up to 38mm and they look great and to top it off its piston and spring
