This is saved on quote number 50921 if you need to place the order. Your intermittent contact is caused by cold or broken solder contacts within the switch. You can often restore the functionality of the old switch by re-soldering the joints in the switch if you don't want to buy a new one yet. All the grease you found is supposed to be there.
