You don't really upgrade the metal mounts themselves, just the bushing inside of it.
3M Window Weld is one option, however many V6 ppl LOVE the speedsource fully polyurethane engine motor mounts. Personally I have almost no extra vibration, no passengers have ever noticed it, what they did notice was the crazy throttle response and I noticed much crisper shifting.
Installing them is kinda of a pain because you need to remove both your front and rear motor mounts, I just used a torch and burned out the old rubber and punched it out with a hammer then put in the the new poly mounts.
