BTW someone's selling me a 3SGE LSD equipped tranny for about $300 plus my existing one, you guys think that'll improve the accleration of my car significantly? is it worth it or is just nice to have?

It's not about straigth line acceleration. Sure, it will improve some, expecially on crappy road (hold the steering wheel tight ), but it's much more about accelerating out from corners and less understeer.
