That is why I strongly, strongly recommend buying the engine overhaul gasket set if you have an engine that isn't supported in the USA. It includes all those specific gaskets that you can't get on their own.

Electrical tape is for electrical work, and RTV is for... well... basically, I can only think of a handful of occasions where any sort of RTV or sealant is the correct product. Often, it's just a half-arsed repair attempt by someone who couldn't be bothered to do the job correctly. If you do have to make your own gasket, I would suggest using gasket paper, which will be available at any decent parts store.

Sorry to be so blunt. I'm on a "do it right" kick right now, having seen a few too many really bad repair jobs lately and not wanting that cycle to continue.
