Well I just recently made 305 whp, 303 ft/lbs on a cammed built 2.0 on the CT20B at approx. 17 psi. Based upon what I have heard about the GT28RS and some dyno charts I have seen, I would expect it to make slightly more power (on my setup) with the same or mildly better spool. I know for a fact that on SR20s, the 28RS is good for 350 whp...
