Here's a series of images from the tank intstall. The mechanical part is straightforward. 10mm bolts hols the hoses, 12mm bolts hold the crossmembers, 14mm bolt holds the pin-strap. Words cannot express what a bitch it was to reinstall the tank with low clearance. Note the hose connections at the back of the tank. The 'fuel-bong' thing has to come off the rear firewall. Disconnect it first and the two hoses at the bottom of it are easier to get to.
Then you can reconnect the harnesses inside:
On a brighter note, just about all of the tune-up goodies have arrived.
My clip should be here Friday or Monday now, due to a shipping delay. At least I wasn't losing 'swap time' while spending 2 days on a fuel tank isntall.
