Well, I think my theory is incorrect. I found a turbo VIN that throws the sequence off.
So the NA and Turbo had entirely difference sequence numbers. This may be possible for the other years as well. Well, I'll just keep collecting all that I can find. If you see a 95 VIN somewhere, please post it or PM me. I'm keeping an excel spreadsheet with the VIN, date I found it, miles, city & state, note if it is wrecked, and the source were I found it.
