Seems high to me? Then again, I am using the NA tach and who knows if it is accurate. I have to repin the connectors for it to work right with the JDM cluster.
I forgot about the throttle cable...doh! The NA one won't reach and the one from the clip is cut. I spliced them together for garage duty, but I don't want to drive it seriously that way.
A coolant hose blew off today while I was running it up to temperature. I forgot to tighten the hose clamp and it was just push on.

A gallon of wasted coolant and a half-hour of squeegee duty later, and I get to start the bleeding process all over.
And I still haven't gotten my replacement exhaust from pontiac5oh.
OH...and I broke the nipple off my VTV while I was putting the BPV outlet hose on.
Some days are just better spent out of the garage. I'm slightly burnt out on working on it, and the wait for a new VTV, the exhaust, and maybe a boost guage will give me an excuse to chill for a few days.
You guys that do this in a weekend are badasses.
Good news:
I got the intake plumbing done, using and HKS intake instead of the stock one.
All lights and indicators work right.
All interior accessories still work.
Retracts and headlamps work.
Radiator fans come on and cycle appropriately.
Engine bay cooling fan works right.
