I've heard the stuff don't fit too well! I've seen a few of their products on MR2's with nasty gaps that can't be adjusted.

And I just read their business report you have linked there Phoenix.

Plus they didn't even make a 'Check-In' thread before wanting to sell us something!

Trust me, the only people that should be offended are the members of this board. By raceonusa's continued actions, with their ill fitting products, then their refusal to back their products as a company and straight up ignoring buyers that have problems with their products that dont fit properly. Then on top of that coming onto these forums and posting their products for sale when they're not even sponsors or vendors on any of these forums. And feeding off of sales from newbies that don't know any better.

The automotive enthusiasts community should be the one that's offended.

Nice hood, have fun with the newbies buying your crap that doesn't fit.

Why don't you just come out and tell me what you really think about raceonusa?

Heh, sorry... just pisses me off when I see companies like raceonusa (they're not the only ones) taking advantage of people and their hard earned money, while people would have been better off leaving their cars in stock unmodified form rather than putting garbage on their cars.

Wow... My favorite is the guy that had his picture stolen and watermarked by them. It also sounds like they have a special paper shreader for BBB letters.

To be honest - I've been interested in this hood design for a while. I have no spare, I garage my car in the winter and I'd love to relocate my radiator to allow heat to follow a more logical path out of it (up). This appears to be a knockoff of the NSXR design; I'm not sure if it benefits from better cooling as a result - but look at the lotus design.

I found this picture of the NSXR hood. Looks like there's a radiator in there, but I can't tell.

It's a shame it's being manufactured by a company with such a reputation.

Yes, its so you can cut up your front firewall and have the air flow through the radiator out and through your hood. Yes, its a good design, no its not for everyone. Remember our cooling systems were over-engineered by toyota and can handle almost any kind of power thrown at it.

The only reason I would purchase something like this is if I had a 500+ hp TRACK monster, other than that....its for aesthetics.

If purchase the hood and don't do the conversion.....then its a rainwater collector or a trashcan for people walking by.

i don't see much use for it either unless you have the flat under panel kit and had the radiator slanted to keep any air going under the car

I'm pretty sure that's its intended purpose.

As further warning, MR2OC does not allow RaceonUSA to advertise due to their previous customer issues and poor quality products..

It's a shame, since I really like seeing new MR2 parts in production. But.. the track record is what it is. :/

So you've defended the hood, and that's fine.

Would you care to comment on your piss poor products/molds, ****** customer service, and being one of the most horrible sellers (mine and many others opinion) of aftermarket parts on the internet before your kicked off this site by the Admins as a protective measure (our admins kick ass in protecting us)?

I'm sure you are all proud of your "F" rating with the better business bureau.
