you can start looking for another job.

my job consists mostly of driving as well, and you'll never find me driving fast enough to lose my license. why? because i quite like my job and i'm aware that the consequences of driving like a raging a$$hat are more severe for me than they are for the average joe. thus, i drive accordingly.

honestly, it sounds like you need an attitude adjustment, and this experience- should you actually choose to learn something from it- might be just the ticket (no pun intended).

i didn't lose my license from speeding, I lost it from provisional's driving licensing restrictions, which is one moving violation = driver improvement, second moving violation = one month suspension.

there is more to the story of what happened, but since no cops are replying to this thread, I don't want anymore responses. Thanks for replying with useless information. since no one will give me a straight answer to my question just stop replying.

I observed a White 1992 Toyota MR-2, Pa Registration GXP-3469, Approaching me from the rear at a high rate of speed. I checked my vehicle's speed by moving same direction radar at 99 MPH in a posted 55 zone.

I conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver, Michael King, who produced a Md Driver's license. A records check through MVA revealed Mr. King's License was suspended for Graduate License Suspension (points) with 2 FTA's and 1 failure to attend the Driver Improvement Program. Mr.King Could not give a reason for traveling at that speed, but stated His speedometer read 65 MPH. Mr.King Later stated he was going approximately 85 MPH. Mr. King was arrested while suspended, was transported to CCDC and processed."

this is what's on the police report. I HAD two FTA's BUT I PAID ALL OF MY TICKETS LATE AND THEY WERE RESOLVED! I also did the Driver Improvement late because I had to do it online due to being out of state. WHY THE HELL ARE THESE STILL ON MY SHIT SAYING I NEED TO BE ARRESTED?

plus when I was in booking and they never gave me the papers/tickets/citations. so I was being withheld without paperwork. doesn't this mean that I had my rights taken from me in some sort of way?. my job consists of NOTHING BUT DRIVING. I NEED MY LICENSE BACK AND I'M LOOSING MONEY FAST. I could file for an appeal, but apparently it's too late for that. my license was suspended 10/15/09. they took my license the day I got arrested. what can I do?

and here I thought I was being nice and adding revenue to MD, but nooo. they WANT you to come to court and get your ticket knocked down.
1 file for a hardship license (i think thats what its called) it will give u a temp license to go to and from work 2 take the paperwork u have from paying your tickets to court with you and say u were wrongfully jailed... should clear the record of that whole mess 3 what road were u on and what kind of cop pulled u over state county or city cop(very important to know)
