T3/T4 vs TD06 20g?

I've got a 91 stock MR2 that I have HUGE plans for. My HP goal is in the area of 450 rwhp. In terms of spool up and lag which turbo would you recommend being the better choice. I plan on getting the 2.0 forged block along with an LSD trans and everything in between to turn my MR2 into a rocket.

I think the GT3076 might be a good solution. GT technology without too much size. For my 450whp 93 octane build I am going with a GT3082.
