Aaron status of refund on non-working tuned ROM?

Aaron,

Thought I might try to reach you through this website, as you haven't replied to my emails and your shop phone at ATS Racing is never picked up, and the voice mail is full.

What is the status of my refund on the Tuned Rom for my 94 Turbo I sent back to you? It was non-functional, the car wouldn't start with it installed, and I shipped it back to you right away over a MONTH ago.

I sent several e-mails to you last week and had not heard back. Just wanted to let you know I was mailing a check. Nevermind, got you on the phone and processed the refund via credit card.
