I like Lexol Vinylex, gives it a little shine without making it look greasy.

303 for me. Not greasy, and acts as a UV protectant.

They also have micro fiber mits. I use mine all the time. it works really well, but it's kinda on the expensive side.

To remove dust, you can buy small dusters (similar to the California Car Duster) which will attract the particles and can get into small spaces like the vent louvers. Don't use chemical protectants all the time, as it isn't necessary and may cause problems with some of the materials.

I like using Meguiar's Natural Shine on everything but the dash. This leave a nice shine. For the dash I use Meguiars Quik Interior Detailer. It leave a natural look with hardly any glare and has UV protection. 303 is also fine but I don't care for the smell.

Stoner Trim Shine FTMFW!
seriously, a good cleaning is the most important step before applying protectant.

in between applications, use a horsehair brush (tape the metal crimp on the brush to avoid scratches!)
