Well this was at my gf's house and she doesn't have a second garage so I'm stuck. It's not like I'm going to bring a car cover with me everywhere in fear of a cat jumping on it...none the less I'm still pissed but I could never kill a cat.

I knocked out some asphalt at the bottom of one of my garage doors to prevent my MR2 from scraping. So, that left a gap b/t the bottom of my garage door and the ground. I forgot to block it off one day.. and a stray cat in the area got in there. I found a few paw marks on my hood.. but luckily no scratches.. I came into the garage, and saw it in my garage.. and scared it out of my garage. Since then.. I've made sure to block it off.. Someday I will get a new garage floor so everythings level.

well this might not be the best solution but it will def work. put a certain stuff around it( i think its vinegar) and the horrid smell will keep em away. i am sure your girl has some so put it on a towel and put it on a plastic bag on your car? think it might work? shot in the dark
