I don't know if its the camera or the picture but that doesn't look good, all the lights focused into little dots in the middle of the taillights

Oh well....I like it a lot!!! I have gotten a lot of good comments from other people on them so I guess if it isn't your style then whatever. I like it a whole more than stock.

That is the whole point. It looks boring to me the other way. If I were you I would still try it and see for yourself. It looks much more futuristic this way. In my opinion it looks more up-to-date with G35's which I see a lot of where I live.

Word...but I can make something like that for ~$100 in parts and 20 hours of experimenting
...probably not worth it though... |

Depends on which job...can be anywhere from $15-35/hr...but still...I don't think i'd be able to make it look that good anyways ![]() |

You are sadly in the minority. Dealership taillights for factory equipped LED tailed cars are in the ballpark of that price. And your tails look "aesthetically improved" ...waste of site bandwidth, except to know how to rice out your MR2. If anyone knows of a way to make LED tails for a decent price, let me know. Until then, unsubscribed.

Yes I am in the minority and I am totally okay with it. I totally disagree that that is "ricing out your MR2" because you put L.E.D. bulbs in the stock housings. Since you are so opinionated I would like you to know I do what I like on my MR2 and that is my personal style and preference to run these lights. If you don't like it stay unsubscribed and pay $2000 for some Bullsh!T lights that are not worth it any day of the week. Mine bulbs cost $35.00 . That is not rice just plain studpidity of an asinine level.![]() |

That was a little rude of Redstar...if you like it rock it. Some people like wingless MR2's some people like low rise headlight and clear corners...it's your car and you should do what ya like. +1 for you!

You might want to look into LED Bulbs that are more well constructed.
Such as these: ![]() They come in a wide or narrow viewing angle. Have six LEDs mounted around the outside and a cluster on the top. Performs more like a halogen bulb. Im planning on replacing all bulbs if they work as advertised. Here's the website. Ive been looking into buying these for many many years now. SUPER BRIGHT LEDS home |
