Is that a stock class? I had no idea the stock suspension allowed so much roll that you almost have a volkswagon salute going on with the front inside tire.

Looks like a blast man

Did you get FTD in your class, for the whole field, or indexed FTD?

Here are some pics of me in Detroit with a local club.

Cool. Maybe one day I will be fastest in my class, but I will need some new rubber before I can even hope for that.

I would love to do one event in the wet one of these days. It would give me a good idea of what the car feels like in the rain.

What city do you race in?

i run with the ASCC akron sports car club, but we race close to cleveland than akron. i've also ran with the ohio valley region down near columbus, but i like ASCC because its much closer.

Cool. Yeah there is usually only like 3-4 people in the ES class at the events I go to as well. Usually Im 3rd. There is a miata that is very fast, who usually takes 1st in the class by a good margin. Then there is a Fiero who I am close to, but I need new tires I think before I can get him. Im driving on all seasons that are hard as rocks. I let an experienced guy drive my car for one run, and he was freaked out by how slippery my tires were.

Im having fun, and now that my rears are bald I can convince my wife to let me get new ones

Very nice shots. My father-in-law races his Miata and has been trying to get me out to the track in the MR. But I've only had it a month and want to make sure it's not going to blow up before I take it out there. Looking forward to it though.
