autox,,unhook sway bar

What would be the effect of unhooking the front sway bar on a stock 85 mr2?
Or what effect would be caused by adding an extension to the stock front bar to soften it?
In the stock classes we are not allowed to change the rear bar.

the car will have a LOT more roll. It will be funner, the rear will kick out a bit more. I personally like my car better with no bars, and illuminas with eibachs. The car is funner that way. Not quite sure if its faster, just feels better.
