Yep the late model V6 uses the exact same AFM apparently, the 1MZFE I think?
Or is it the other one.... I cant confirm exactly, but I remember being pissed when I found out about this, only very shortly after forking out for a brand new one. ![]() Last edited by Roman; 12-06-2006 at 08:01 AM.. |

Nothing wrong with it but I thought it was Map. Didnt know a Beams used an AFM.

It would be cheaper if it was. The gen2 and gen3 3sge's are MAP.
I don't think the beams 3sge uses a map sensor as I don't see pin PIM, but I know that the caldina 3sgte's used one along with a maf. |
