I have access to one here in Atlanta. Its been beat around the warehouse for a while, but shouldn't cost you more than $1000. Maybe less. Internally its very clean.

No, the caldina motor is a slightly different version of the 4th gen beams motor.

200hp if you ditch the stock Caldina exhaust manifold. Its one of those units that has the cat built in.

The 210hp version is in the Altezza.

Its been sitting for probably 4-5 years. The timing cover was in rough shape and the vvti plug was broken. It wasn't in horrible shape or anything, but you would need some additional parts. On the other hand, it will probably go cheap.

Internally it was very clean. Looked like a new motor.
