valve cover torque specs

Hey, about to change the valve cover gasket on my redtop beams. Can I know the torque specs ? Did a quick search but couldnt find anything.

edit./ done the change and no oil leak after a few days so I guess I did it fine

I would expect 21 in/lbs (That's what listed for the 3sgte VC in the BGB).

cheers. another newbie question. Where should rtv sealant be used?

I also notice where the two camshaft sits on the block(exit rhs), there is old sealant oozing out a little. Anything that should be done there?
part I am talking about, I just applied some rtv on it for now but let me know if I should do something different.
