Help me with AT ECU...

Hi.
Made a swap from AT to Manual Trans.
After this try to drag with SW20 92 2-gen 3S-GE (156hp)
And he almost win ! All cars are stock.
My engine in good condition. But when i perform swap i don't find a Manual ECU ... And I think what Ecu swith to some safe-mode (but, if this mode exist ?! some one know if it true ? ) and engine don't make a high output power.
I don't connect solenoids to ECU (because there is now manual trans...) , can i make some fake signal sensors to make Ecu think that all components work in normal ???

OR Some one now, what i can do with AT ECU wiring to start feeling power of Beams ???

Sorry about my english...
Thanks for all answers.

Oh, i forgot... my car:
sw20 11.98 Japan BEAMS

Best thing to do from here would be to get your car on the dyno.

if its making 165-170+ hp at the wheels, then its making about the right sort of power. Maybe its just because the gen 5 SW20 is a fair bit heavier than earlier ones? 200kg more than mine!

Check for error codes too!

What do you experience as safe mode? Do your engine rev over 3000?

If you push down the pedal, does the engine rev over 3000 rpm or is it limited to 3000 rpm?
There is a safe mode when engine is limited like this (mine did it when wiring wasn't completely ok) and it seems like there is an other safe mode when the engine is limited to around 150-160 hp.
There are now even more members who are experiencing this, and we just can't figure it out why our engines are so weak.

I'm fairly sure that modern toyota ECUs need the speedo sensor signal going to the ECU... Since this is a signal coming from the dash, perhaps some of the older cars dont have this signal being sent back? especially so if transplanted into a carby car etc....

I do have this signal, and I have connected it as well. When it wasn't connected I've got check engine light when I was driving over 80kph, but since then, no check engine light and no error code referring to this either, so it must be working.
