Which oil filter and fuel filter???

Car is getting serviced next week, along with a million other things.

What is the best oil filter and fuel filter for my Beams?

Cheers

toyota oil filter. I dunno about fuel filter, I think I bought some generic off a website, but I have definitly noticed a vast quality difference in buying basic parts like the oil filter, or outter steering rack links and balljoints that pretty much anything that Toyota makes for your car, is the part you should be using as there is no upgrade over Toyota's quality. My Toyota balljoint had a well sealed rubber boot with grease in it, the one I got at an O'reilleys kept slipping off and losing grease. The toyota end link was fill full of grease in the rubber boot, the generic brand was missing a lot at the top. Afterall it is the only company to hold 2 spots in the top10 most reliable manufacturers.

IMO ill always go TOYOTA genuine if they can be bought or TRD.
Bought a couple of oil filters and here down under the part number is
90915-YZZE1
Even though on my EPC the part number is quoted as 90915-10003

There's a ton of informative info on oil filters if you do a search..
and I'd expect bad oil filters means bad fuel filters as well.

...I just tend to order from Rogue, can deliver quicker than my local supplier most times and you know it's exactly the right thing.

Rogue Systems - Home

service items... Rogue Systems

I was down there yesterday afternoon. Ask for Patrick if you need any help.

The only Oil filter to get is Toyota or TRD. However the TRD is just an overpriced Toyota filter. Toyota filtes don't cost anymore than high quality aftermarket filters and have incredibly good multi-stage filter media inside.... and are usually slightly taller too (bigger = more filtering).

But, a fuel filter is a fuel filter IMO. All of the ones I've seen, were all made the same. I took apart my toyota and aftermarket fuel filter and compared both of them from my old Corolla. It was identical inside.... and the casing was almost identical too. Probably made by the same company.

OEM Oil & Fuel filter are more than good enough, just change them out with oil change and do fuel filter every 5000 miles (i got dirty fuel over at my location)....they cost next to nothing
