Hey buddy if you take a close look you will find that the red on the inlet exhaust and the valve cover are different shades, so if you paint the calipers red they will be close enough given the items wont ever be side by side.

I'm part way painting all my new callipers and caliper mount brackets using Halfrauds red heat proof calliper paint. It's more like "signal red" but that was the easiest off the shelf tin available in heat proof paint.

You might find it easier to go past a bodyshop or somewhere that will let you have a scan through their paint chips to get a good match.

From WFX's swap thread
"the original colour for the BEAMS Cover was Toyota Super Red (Code: 3L2) and the Manifold was the slightly brighter red, Toyota Red (Code: 391) but dont quote me on that being correct!"

I got a colour called "Super red" for my engine and it is different to the factory colour. The factory one is a deeper, slightly darker red then the one I used. As can be seen here:

An easy solution would be to go to a paint shop with your cam covers and get them to colour match to what you already have.... Or alternatively, paint everything in a similar red (including the cam cover and manifold) to make sure it is all the same.
