In the middle of BEAMS swap. HELP GUYS

hello im jason in toronto canada. i have a 94 mr2 5sfe auto. i bought a 98 beams half cut with most of the front parts. here is my problem.
i just started the swap this weekend. i noticed the harness on the beams half cut is cut right where the car was cut in half. behind the drivers seat. so what should i do?
use complete 98 harness and connect cut wires into 94 harness for front of vehicle? where it was cut. or use 98 engine harness for engine side of ecu and 94 harness for wires going to the front of the car. on 94 ecu two plugs on right of ecu go to engine and one on left goes to front of car. 98 two on right of ecu go to engine and two on left go to front of car. if i had the 94 and 98 ecu pinouts i could swap the 94 plug for 98 plugs for front of the car.
does this make sense?
what is the correct way to do this wiring now?
does anyone have the ecu pinouts for a 94 5sfe auto?
i saw the 98 ecu pinouts thank you.
i have been taking pictures. what picture hosting should i use so i can show my pictures here?

oh ya its now standard as well.

You need to PM mr220v he is a member here that will take both the BEAMS and 5SFE engine harnesses and make one you can use with your existing 94 body harness.

no no no no noooooo, plugs are different, pins are different, everything is different, this is the end of the world!!!!

i have a ST184 celica with 3SGE BEAMS in the front, mine is hybrid mixed harness. Engine-wise all is BEAMS wiring, then some splicing into the ST184 body & dash wiring.

If it was the clip on ebay it was like 4.8K without shipping all and all it would have cost about 5.5K. Waaaaaay too much for a BEAMS swap even if it was an authentic MR2 rear clip...

If it is that recent beams mr2 clip that was on ebay, for the price that was charged, rpm garage needs to supply you with an uncut body harness free of charge.
