BEAMS Injectors power flow?

Hi,
Is the injectors suppose to have a constant 12 v when the key turn on? Because my read 12v when the keys is on and it will not squirt the fuels when crank at all. Anyone has this problem before?

getting signal from ECU to open/close?
i think they are supposed to get 5V no?

No i figure it out... I was missing the main power supply for it...
