I need a p/n for a red top VVTI controller!!!

I hope someone can help. I just recieved a motor set fron Japan and the VVTI controller was broken. Just in case there is a different name it is located on the intake side of the head just under the valve cover and next to the t-belt cover. It is the control valve that feeds oil to the intake cam shaft for the VVTI accuator. Any help would be great.
