Yeah, put it in mass production
![]() BTW, he can make redtop exhaust parts only if he has a redtop engine in the garage, his blacktop is way different. |

Well some one needs to lug a motor over there! J/K actually the Blacktop has the same manifold pattern so I think the Blacktop header could work but instead of tapering to the side it would come straight down and under. It would just have different specs for a regular stock BEAMS

#Update#
After driving around for a while on my old exhaust. I noticed the note of my exhaust changed alot. It went all raspy. I spent the last 2 years changing mufflers every few month as all of them went raspy after a few weeks. I tried all different types. Im sure it has to do with the staight through design of them. I decided enough was enough and got a Fujitsubo legalis r new from japan. Here it is fitted.
Compared with the previous mufflers fitted, this one seems to give more low end torque and the top end seems unchanged. The note is as quiet as a stock MR2 with a bit more rumble down low. I can now hear the airbox over the exhaust! Pipe is still 2.5inch all the way to the mufflers. I am very happy with it now ![]() There's a photo of my rims too. |

I have twice the space for the license plate that you have. Always thought there was only one rear bumper What year is the chassis ? BTW nice exhaust |

I never looked for the build date on the car till now. I looked everywhere i could think of but cant find one from toyota. The queensland modification plate states it as a 1998. Do you know where i should be looking? The only thing i can think of as to why they are different is that mine is a revision 5 and they were only sold in Japan. The revision 4's were built at the same time as the 5's. Japanese cars have smaller licence plates then we have here too. Maybe its a japan only bumper?

Hi Falco. Great looking car! How did you get a Rev 5 Hardtop into the country? I didn't think they were eligable for import under the SEVS rulings. If I'm wrong, I might just have to put one of these on my long-term shopping list!

North american bumpers look like yours, looking at my saved picture hoard, so do the Japanese ones. I have pictures of European and UK cars with both narrow and wide plate spaces. Good choice on the muffler, I have a legalis-r for my 3s, it sounds great. |

Well, sounds like you got the best combo there. None of the hassles of organising a 'personal import', but you still got hold of a very schmick example of the last SW20 model!

I know i got very lucky getting this one. I think there is only 2 or 3 floating around the country. im suprised no one notice my non factory paint color. I guess that means it must be a good choice of color that suits the car?
