I think in your case it would be the driver's side kick panel right above or next to the cockpit fuse panel. Correction you don't have an ST202, not sure where the MRtwat keeps it....
There is the diagnostic plug behind the intake plenum on the ST202 as well....OBD2 plug is usually inboard. Diagnostic plug usually sits in the engine bay...
