Head bolt torque

Can someone pls help me with cylinder head bolt and cam cap bolt torque for a 3S-GE (no turbo) 4th generation Engine fits a JDM 1999 Toyota Altezza

36lbs for the head 1st plus 90 degrees turn on each bolt in sequence also start in the middle and work your way out cam bearing caps are 13.8 lbs each

Thanks. I had already gotten the same info. We started up but #4 ign coil is bad. Is there a connection with overheating and coils, I have seen a few of those incidence that when the engine overheats it damages the coils.
Will install a new coil in the morn and everything should be ok.
