How To Remove VVTi Solenoid?
I need to put my new one in and I removed the top bolt so now it moves a little but doesnt pull out. I noticed the new has grooves in it? Do I need to remove the cam gear and cam?

Hmm okay looks like I have to give a harder tug. I really didnt want to tug on it in fear of breaking something inside! But ill just go man handle that beast in a few.

Im just going to use 300psi and air hammer. JK! Nah it just took a good pull thanks guys.
