I dug out a very quick sketch I did off some rough measurements. I'm just using the filter backing plate to convert the different PCD's for the trumpets. I think the 4AGE tb's have 2 bolts at something like 73mm and the trumpets have 2 bolts at 65mm....summit like that anyway so you just turn the trumpets round until the fixings from them clear the tb mounts. That just means that the trumpet length is increased by the thickness of the plate so they'll be equivalent of 43mm long or near enough. My CAD file is hidden in an archive somewhere so I haven't checked those distances.

I don't know just quite how I will do them yet. The original side fan works off engine bay temp if I recall. But I've been watching my IAT since I got my ECU -OK I haven't had big temps but when you stop at the lights the temp suddenly rises and takes a long time to drop when driving again. So the fans will be there primarily for when the car isn't shifting enough to draw much air in through the side vents I think. They'll come-on at idle and when driving say less than 20mph -the logic allows to do that in the Link through an external relay. Dunno yet though. Allot of folk fit a switch for them on the dash but I don't want to have to think about it. The guys at work nicknamed my car the "hair dryer" since I bought it so I figured it might as well sound like one on idle now ![]() |

so rst you are using silver top throttles which are 43mm on the butterfly .you do know that trd do a 30mm ram tube ,but will only fit black top throttles which are 45mm and taper out to 49.5 mm at the end
on brake booster just connect the booster line to 1 inlet port ,that will work fine 1 port is enough for braking to create enough vacuum as it dissapears after high revs any way |
