NICE , But thats weird because the cluster that i got with my MR2 BEAMS clip had 260 kms and when i bought a new one it was 260 kms also.
My crappy 1986 corolla has 180 kms .

Eh, I don't realistically plan on goin' faster than 110 mph, so I'm fine with it as it is now.

Thats cool but what im saying is the Beams was Japan only and therefor 260 km gauge.
Where did that 180 km gauge come from ? see what i mean . Dont think its a Beams Gauge or are you aware it isnt ?

(??no clue??)

Only thing I can think'a, if it isn't a BEAMS cluster, is that it's some '97-'98 UK model Non-BEAMS N/A MR2 cluster... or somethin' along those lines... either way, doesn't really matter. I wanted somethin' with a 'proper' redline, colored in red... this fits that perfectly, so I'm happy

Traded some used recaro-knock-off-ebay-specials for it. Came out 'bout even, IMO.

Japan = 180Km/h maximum from factory, always has been. I think it's the exports that got 180+ gauges. My SS3 gauges are 180Km/h.....
You can special order the higher Km/h gauges from what I know.

See don't you feel better paying so much and the part really is "rare" ..lol

I paid 150 shipped from Uk for this one but i just bought a 2gr-fe
with 11,000m so i kinda screwed myself as redline is 6400 on v6.
I was going Beams but v6 was a great deal ..More work but for
260hp+ rwhp thats ok..

My clip had the cluster still installed....along with all the plastics etc, as I had instructed SRK to do. I must his only mildly satisfied client. Last I checked all SS3 had this cluster? Doesn't the twin-trouble supra have 180Km/h gauges in JDM? RX7 as well?

That actually the rarest of all 98 spec gauges! Lots of the Euro gauges were in KMPH not MPH. Very hard to find, considered yourself lucky you paid a great price!

You're not alone! I bought a MAF sensor from him a year ago for $90. That's still below half price
