TPS voltage at idle?
Hi people,
Can anyone tell me what the TPS voltage should be, when motor is idling? I sold my throttle body a while ago, haha... Blacktop 20V TPS outputs same signal but is adjustable, so just need to set it up in correct position, like the standard beams one. Cheers! |

4.x something volts no? isn't it like 4.75 @ idle? it reduces in voltage strength as it is opened, i think no?
edit: duh, scroll down a bit on the BlackTop manual I put up on my site: http://bitcrusher.org/3S-GE_Wiring_Diagram.pdf , it's for the BlackTop, but should work similarly on RedTop.... Last edited by puretone; 10-10-2009 at 01:46 PM.. |

I think it's working the opposite way
![]() According to 1ZZ-FE manual (it uses the same sensor, 89452-20130): 0.3-0.8 volts (Ignition SW on and throttle valve fully closed) 3.2-4.9 volts (Ignition SW on and throttle valve fully open) |
