Dont mind at all.

US$2,126.47 but $480.37 of that is shipping to the uk.
All works out to about £920 odds in UK moneys.

Awesome stuff make sure you post some pics of the B-Pipe when you get it would love to see. I'm getting a custom one made up for my this coming Friday as I'm still using the halfcut which isnt exactly the straightest path for my car. Decided to keep the dimension the same size as the ones coming out of the manifold so I hope thats right!

Holy Batman they really raped you on the shipping cost! I hope at least that its expedited service. If I wasn't closing on a house I would have to bite the bullet and purchase the PP headers and PP exhaust. Sigh being responsible sucks, but at least my SW20 gets an indoor garage

BTW thanks for the pricing it really puts things in prospective

Heres a pic of the PP downpipe - the diameter of the pipes are 2x50mm into 1x60mm.
So the 2x part is just a continuation of the diameter of the tubing on the manifold as expected.

Just waiting on some new gaskets and studs for the head and then I can get on with fitting

The guy who makes it will be offering more for sale once we get the kinks worked out.

The price should be around $300-$400. Pretty good considering it will cost you $200+ just to get a custom bpipe made at a typical muffler shop. Also a very nice option for people who are running the caldina motor and want to get rid of the manifold/cat combo. Hopefully i'll have some pics of it in the next week or two.
Is this happening any time soon? I really need to get a b-pipe for my MR2, but I'd rather have a header/b-pipe combo.

Thanks,
Marco

^Nope. The guy who was going to make this flaked out completely. Right now the best thing is to get a gen3+ bpipe.

They have limited stuff, mainly because a lot of Garage Fukui pieces are discontinued thus making them unavailable

Apart from the PP what other options are there?
one guy here in perth quoted me $3000 for a full system and was only using mild steel on the headers!!

Looking for Beams Exhaust-header flange AutoCAD-file .... or scanned exhaust manifold gasket (w/diameter/size details)

Going to make custom exhaust .... but my problem is Im away from home/car ..
So Im not able just "copy" my stock flange ...
I already ordered exhaust manifold gasket ..but again problem is time and place of delivery (im located in europe currently on business trip 1000km away from home)

ha! I am looking for the same thing as well. I guess I will just remove my exhaust if/when the time comes and draw up my own autocad spec for it. Unless of course one of you guys gets to it first

I have this for you guys, I'll have it soon with higher quality soon, but my home scanner is not large enough for the flange picture so it's only a picture for now

if you need any other dimension let me know and I'll try to do my best to get it for you

it def looks 100% like the BEAMS one, if you compare it to WFX's previous posts where you can actually see the BEAMS exhaust collector.

it is the beams exhaust manifold flange, I used my 2nd engine exhaust manifold to draw the manifold flange you see on the picture
