YESSSSSSSSSSSSS The bracket is finally finished Tension wheel sits perfect. Everything clears and you can hardly see it as it is tucked under the inlet manifold. All 5 mounting points to the block are absolutely flush.
Will post pictures on the weekend.
Here is also an interesting fact, the ROTREX and the bracket weigh just a little over the weight of the OEM alternator bracket !
Cost for the bracket will be dear most likely $800 USD BUT at least its available and all the hard work has been done if anyone wishes to go this way.

BTW
Aluminium was $300 USD and he is willing to charge around $500 to machine fo 24 hrs work thats around $20 / hr . His normal price is $65 / hr USD.
Price is not gospel but very close

The engineering shop is going to give a real discount for machining given the measurements are already done and stored. The jigs to hold for machining i have. So its billet around $450 Aussie + machining, which will be around 16 hrs.Approx$1000 Aussie. Would be normally $110 /hr. So its dammmmmmmmm dear for most to contiplate unfortunately But at least its available I bet i could get it done for $200 total in china

For your info guys im using the tensioner from the Celica BEAMS . I was able to incorperate the bolt to tension the belt into the bracket. That why the distance to the Rotrex. As you can see the rotrex can be mounted to the bracket then the whole thing bolted to the engine block with distance to allow for socket wrench.
Ill get photos mount on the engine soon

There are a lot things going on in the back ground. it takes time especially since im doing it myself and work. It will be a few months as its summer here and enjoying my car and dont want to put it off the road.
Seriously there is a lot of work with a lot of thought going into it as i really want it to look stock.
Just finishing a pipe has taken over a week, or i could have put a silicon hose and done it in 2 seconds.
So work is going on continuosly , im in no hurry and really its a labor of love. Thats also the reason

MANDALAY, knowing your driving habits, I'd say take it off the road this winter (that's in anticipation that we get bucketloads of rain lol) and have it done for Spring

perfect timeline really means you can take your time and get it all done to your standards

Mandalay -very late thought but I might have said before: PLEASE dyno your car before the S/C swap -even if it's a cheap ass dyno run then do the same on the same dyno after.

..it might be to late and I foget how far on you are with the project.
