Valve cover Gasket !

Hi there, i'm from Quebec city and own a BEAMS mk1. I have change my spark plug few week ago, and found some oil into the spark plug hole.

I have asked here for part number on the valve cover gasket (11213-88560). Then, go to three local Toyota dealer, but none of them have that part number into thier system, and they cannot order it.

Is anyone here have access to Beams original part and could ship part to Quebec City (Canada). If yes, should I have an approx price for that services with the valve cover gasket, and maybe some other part if someone have suggestion, as my valve cover will be out.

Thanks a lot.
Sebas

There are 2 rubber gaskets. Bought them many times over . But none here in Australia need to get them from Japan.
Turn around 4-5 weeks
11213-88560
11214-88560

Not dear , reckon shipping will cost more. You should see if you need anything else

Yes, I know shipping going to cost an arm. This is why I have ask about any recommandation for other part that I should need.

By now, the only thing I know about my engine is I have found oil in spakplug hole, and compression is really low, but equal on all cyl (140 psi). Anyone have an idea why the compression should be low on all 4 cyl, on an engine that look clean, and run correclty.
I need to redo the compression test, to ensure my result is accurate. I found this wierd, low comp like that on all 4 cyl, and the engine still running correctly idle or full throttle.

I'll wait for another compression test, then I'll check what I will buy. So Mandalay, I should contact you as soon as I'm ready to buy stuff ? Maybe a full gasket kit and timing belt.

if he order that I'll probably do the same.. complete gasket kit including head gasket and EVERY single gasket of the engine + Brand new OEM toyota timing belt

we live pretty close and we see each other couple times a year so shipping both together will reduce the charges for both of us

Changing the cam angle changes the dynamic compression ratio of the motor, which affects the overall combustion pressure.

Makes sense that the engine would (at starting) set cam angle to whatever would make it easiest to crank over, so perhaps shows lower numbers than what it would otherwise.

Either way, if all 4 are the same and the engine is good, wouldnt be worried about it!
