Black Top Beams came in the Toyota RS200 or Lexus IS200.

They have it listed for the IS300 which only came as an I6 2jzge

Did you look at the photo's? It only has 4 ports so its definitely for a 3SGE. Quality looks sub-par and its from Thailand.

flange of this manifold as nothing to do with a 3sge Beams one

Actually it does its just upside down in relation to your drawing. The 3rd hole on the bottom can be seen in the 1st pic.
