I wouldn't think it would be all that much really. Cams would alter the powerband, but exhaust and intake mods shouldn't require much if any retuning. For that hks intake pipe, they still have to be the same size as stock as making it wider or narrower causes faulty afm readings.

I think his tune might not have been totally perfect. Maybe a little less overlap in the lowend, and none starting out.
