Hey Berk....hump hose upgrade?
I noticed you guys came out with a hump hose 'upgrade' shortly after the intercoolers hit the market. I was doing some work and I noticed 1 of my intercooler mounts snapped off! This is obviously a design failure due to the fact that there is 0 flex between the turbo to intercooler piping. So would you guys be willing to send me a hump hose setup free of charge? I'm going to have to pay someone to weld this back up.
![]() ![]() ![]() IMO the tabs are WAY to dinky to support the intercooler..the welds are top notch...just the thickness of the metal. I would estimate it over 15lbs with the fan hanging from it. |

I'm quite aggravated with your customer service. I thought you just weren't checking the forum, but I see that you responded to a thread after mine so you must have seen my as well.

If you have snapped the mounting tab, you can send it back to us and we'll re-weld that tab for you. Even if you are out of your warranty period (1 year) I have no problems taking care of it.
On the hump hoses, these were available as an option for you, the same as it was for everyone else. We still have them available for purchase if you like. Best Regards, Bryan |
