good plan?

i need some feedback, see if this would be a good idea. i wanna buy a 2002-2004 mr2 spyder for $2000-$4000. obviously it would need to have alot of mileage, but then swap the motor for a 2zz-ge, for under $4000 maybe, and install a nice turbo for under $5000, hence having a powerful mr2 with a almost new engine and turbo for the same price as i would get a low mileage mr2 same year at stock price. i just wanna know if there would be any problems with parts around the engine over time, considering it would be a newer engine. and if it would be well worth the money?
