Let's see, after the engine started:

Coolant leak: fixed
Fuel leak at the 1MZ filter: fixed (needed an o-ring)

Now I have a couple of other issues, like a random misfire and lean AFR (caused by the planar A/F ratio sensors). I think I know what is causing the misfire. I used quite a bit of moly pre-lube in the engine, and I'm pretty sure some is sticking to the cylinder walls and is burning off. It's quite hard to burn, so it's causing random misfires and...
