NEED HELP!!!

My 90 RHD mr2 turbo is not spooling up, when i first bought it last spring it worked fine but took it out this spring and the turbo is basically doing nothing, also the engine cooling fan next to the intercooler is not working. Not much of a mechanic but if anybody could offer any help it would be much appreciated.

Did you check codes? That may help....And as for the fan....connect is to a direct positive and negative source. Connect it directly to battery. It may be burnt. if not....may be a relay. Cant help much! but hope that helps.
