Ok i'm re-writing this since the V6 section getting cluttered up and hope the other members follow suite

-2004 Sienna (3.3L 3mzfe vvti)
  • Long block
  • fuel pressure regulator
  • fuel injectors
  • 100w sienna alternator

-2000 Avalon (3.0L 1mzfe vvti)
  • engine harness
  • ecu
  • fuel injectors (air assist)
  • dual throttle body
  • dual outlet upper intake manifold
-1997 Camry Lower intake maniold (needs some modification)
-2004 Corolla vapor canister (should work)
-2004 Corolla check fill valve
-2004 Corolla Close canister valves
-2000 Camry ignition switch (for immobilizer)
-2000 Camry MT exhaust headers (de-cat)

-199# Mr2 Turbo (2.0L 3sgte)
  • LSD axles
  • Starter
  • Rear Hubs
  • 93T brakes F/R
  • 93T Crossmember (may stick with a 91 though)
  • e153 91 Turbo tranny
    • Solara Bellhousing
    • Solara internals
    • Stock 96T LSD with solara ring gear (longer gearing for all yay)
    • 1mzfe Fidanza Flywheel
    • exedy 2000 solara oe clutch

Current issues to deal with
-Starter is almost hitting the front head bolt, may be not an issue but it's almost touching! (may not be an issue for non vvti heads since these ones are longer)
-Lower intake plenum hits the cam position sensor ()
-Need a intake system for this damn thing. i have options between a es300/avalon/highlander for something aftermarket but no1 has a pic of one installed
-Wiring (obviously)
-Exhaust
-Immobilizer, the ecu may need a rekey so it has to be sent somewhere to be flashed
-axle bearing. I just got the tranny so i finaly got a chance to measure it. It's roughly needs to be moved 3mm to the left

Why remove Drive by wire?
I throwing out the Drive by wire which came stock with the sienna and putting in a dual throttle body setup i recieved from brad. (not sure what model but it's shared between a es300/rx300/avalon/highlander). Along with the 2000 avalon ecu since the sienna ecu isn't made for cable driven. I don't want any LAG between me, the pedal and the engine

Evap canister
This is a gamble but im pretty sure it will still work. I've been told that a pre 99 evap won't work on the newer ones cuz they require 3 lines unlike the 99 which only has 2. It's been tried using a spyder's stock evap aswell and works fine so why won't this one not work? This it quite optional but i want it for the sake of completion

Fuel System
I'm currently going to run a stockish v6 setup with the fpr in the tank. This way i could re-use the fuel setup. I'm not sure if the 3.0 or 3.3 have the same fuel pressure but i ordered a 3.3 fpr anyway (same with the injectors, i have no clue whats the rating). It came with a bonus Vapor pressure valve which was plugged in the pump assembly. Also came with a fuel pump but i have a walbro 255L with me already

Boosting with vvti and aftermarket?
I'd love to attempt it but my funds are limited so i'll stick N/A for now. Theres not much aftermarket for these even for the non vvti 1mzs but Derek pointed me out to Power Enterprises VVTi controler. Theres always CAI and Air rams but i've yet to see pics of one mounted in the bay with a dual TB setup

This will be in shortly when i get my gaskets

If you want to avoid the vvti check out GLP Motorsports on facebook..They have 3mz with vvti passages blocked ..so you can can use 94-96 non vvti ( heads, lower and upper ITM, etc.)

did you ever get the 1mz intake manifold to fit, if so do you have any pics or more detail on what needs to be done to fit it?
