I think the 94/95 tails give the MR2 a more modern appeal:

How did they manage to get that glowing LED cricle in the middle of the 94+ taillights?
Do they use some sort of special LED light bulb, or do they insert an "Angel eyes" LED ring in the tail lights? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think the mod gave the car sort of a modern look with the original parts. Personally i like the 94+ original tail lights best! |

I like the 94+lights but since everybody has them and sells them for an overrated price I would rather keep my 91 lights.Another overrated priced item are the 93 rims I keep seeing people trying to sell them for $500-600 ridiculous I sold mine for $325 bucks with almost brand new gforce-sports.

I opted for the 94+ tail lights with the 94+ center plate for my 91 SW21. I like that look. The original was good but I like the newer style a little better. Plus, where else on the 91s do you really have black plastic that has a grid feel to it? This is why I opted for the 94+ centerplate. I thought about keeping the original 91 centerplate and adapting it for the curves of the 94+ tail lights, but decided against it for the specific reason of what I thought looked more pleasing to the eye (imo). I have the parts on order and cannot wait to install them when they arrive. I will keep the old components just in case.

looks good.
i like how at first you tried avoiding the reflection, but after several attempts (this is a guess) of trying to get the blinker "on" in the picture, you just gave up and got in the reflection. |
